Clair-sur-Elle Homes, LLC
We're not your average contractor.
We look for inherited properties and properties that have been well-loved throughout multiple generations and eventually left in disrepair. We're passionate about the history of a home and the energy it comes with.
People often ask if we "flip houses," and what they're really asking is if we buy homes, do a generic quick fix, and move on.
We do not.
We offer fair value for homes when we can envision them becoming something greater. We renovate and update all aspects as needed while keeping the integrity of the home intact, and while we joke that "blood, sweat, and tears" go into our projects; it's the reality of what we do.
Our homes are restored with love and compassion for what once was and what will be again. Then we find the next family that will appreciate it for what it's worth.
If you're at a place in life where you've inherited a property that you don't know what to do with, or you have a family home that you need to sell and your emotions are involved, we're here for you. We'll take the time to consult with you and listen because we want to know your story. We want to hear about the holidays you spent with your family; the meals you shared; the yard you played in. We won't slap some paint on it and send it on its way. We'll get an idea of what suits the home and we'll restore it accordingly. Then we'll find a family who will appreciate it the ways yours did.
When you sell your home to us, you can be assured that it will be cared for with integrity, compassion, and ingenuity.
You don't have to clean ahead of time, or prep for us to meet with you. You don't even have to remove items from the home if you'd rather not. Another aspect that sets us apart from other contractors, is that we don't send any items to the landfill that can be refurbished or reused.
Per company protocol, all linens, and clothing left behind are donated to the Community Services League, as well as books and toys. Anything removed from the home that is able to be reused is stored for future project or donated to Habitat for Humanity. If you have a different non-profit organization that you would like household items to go to, we're happy to accommodate your wishes, as well.
Click here to reach out to us today if you are faced with the difficult challenge of deciding what to do with your family home or any property you've acquired that needs restoration beyond your scope of interest, time, or energy. We would be happy to come out and discuss your needs.
